Property Consultant Intern – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Oia Properties is seeking a motivated Property Consultant Intern to join its Abu Dhabi office. This full‑time, on‑site internship offers hands‑on exposure to residential and commercial real‑estate operations, supporting senior consultants throughout the sales and leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist consultants with preparing and updating property listings and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate property information in digital databases and Google Workspace.
• Conduct basic market research and help coordinate property viewings.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Support documentation, filing, and report preparation for sales and leasing activities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in real estate, property investment or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional, client‑focused mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.
