Property Consultant

About the role

Rainbow Properties LLC Dubai is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to join its on‑site team in Dubai. You will guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing market insights and investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present proposals to clients.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of listings and strong relationships with developers.
• Stay updated on local real‑estate trends, regulations, and new project launches.
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and document activities in CRM tools.
• Achieve sales and service targets set by the company.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with proven ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Relevant experience in UAE real‑estate or property consulting is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance goals.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field preferred.
