About the role

Property Legacy, a leading international real‑estate firm, is expanding its Dubai team. As a Property Consultant you will drive sales of residential and commercial properties across off‑plan and secondary markets, leveraging the company’s extensive portfolio and global network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process for both off‑plan and secondary market listings.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and strategic partners.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date listings on major portals and the internal CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide informed advice.
• Cross‑sell investment and residency solutions through the sister company, Passport Legacy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai’s real‑estate market (off‑plan or secondary) is a plus.
• Energetic, sales‑driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
