About the role
We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales and leasing activities for off‑plan projects while providing excellent service to qualified buyers.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on qualified buyer leads.
- Promote off‑plan sales and leasing opportunities through Bayut, Property Finder and other channels.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives.
Required profile
- Sales‑driven and ambitious professional.
- Willingness to build a career in Dubai’s real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and meet commission targets.
