Property Consultant – Leasing Specialist in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Oia Properties, a leading real estate agency in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is seeking a Property Consultant to manage and promote rental properties. The role involves generating leasing leads, conducting viewings, screening tenants, and overseeing the end‑to‑end leasing process while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with prospective tenants to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Promote and market available rental properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing accurate information about units, amenities, and community features.
• Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company guidelines and market conditions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rental market trends, competitor pricing, and local regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, leasing activity, and contracts using CRM and property management systems.
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams to ensure properties are ready for leasing.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management or real‑estate sales.
