About the role
The Property Consultant will focus on Dubai's secondary real‑estate market, assisting clients with buying, selling and leasing properties while delivering high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Dubai secondary property market
- Strong understanding of community layouts, property types and pricing trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven with a strong work ethic
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle
Required skills
- Knowledge of Dubai secondary property market
- Understanding of community layouts and property types
- Awareness of pricing trends in the UAE
