Protection Engineer – Power Transmission

About the role
We are looking for a Protection Engineer to support technical review and coordination of protection systems for transmission infrastructure. SEGULA Technologies is a global engineering group operating in more than 30 countries, delivering projects across automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, naval, life sciences and telecom sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Review protection philosophies and designs.
- Review protection schematics, settings and technical submissions.
- Coordinate protection interfaces with substations, SCMS and telecom systems.
- Review design changes and technical queries.
- Support testing and commissioning readiness.
- Review as‑built and final technical documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary engineering reviews.
Required profile
- Strong protection engineering experience in high‑voltage transmission or substations.
- Experience reviewing EPC protection designs.
- Knowledge of protection philosophies, relay schemes and system interfaces.
- Testing and commissioning experience preferred.
