Psychology Teacher

About the role

GEMS Winchester School Dubai is seeking an experienced Psychology Teacher to join its senior school team. This full‑time position offers an immediate start with a negotiable joining date. The successful candidate will deliver a dynamic and creative psychology curriculum to motivated students.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess psychology lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Incorporate sociological perspectives where appropriate to enrich student understanding.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events related to social sciences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (or related field).
• Qualified teaching certification such as B.Ed. or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching psychology, preferably at senior school level.
• Demonstrated track record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
• Experience teaching senior school students is essential.
