Public Area Attendant – Shopping Mall (Podgorica, Montenegro)

About the role

Apt Resources is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join a client’s team responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of a two‑floor shopping mall in Podgorica, Montenegro. The role involves maintaining high hygiene standards across indoor public areas throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of indoor public areas on both floors.
• Monitor assigned zones regularly to ensure they remain clean and presentable.
• Respond promptly to any areas requiring immediate attention.
• Follow the daily cleaning schedule and assigned duties.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment according to workplace procedures.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good understanding of general cleaning and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable, responsible, punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
• Willingness to relocate to Podgorica, Montenegro.

Required skills

What we offer

• EUR 700 net monthly salary.
• One‑year fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week with Sundays off.
