About the role

Luna PR, a multi‑award‑winning agency in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Public Relations Account Director to lead strategy, client relations, and growth across Web3, fintech and technology accounts. The role combines leadership of a PR team with hands‑on campaign execution for high‑impact clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, execution and delivery of PR campaigns for multiple emerging‑tech clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering professional growth.
• Serve as the trusted strategic advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Secure top‑tier international and regional media coverage across mainstream, tech, business and crypto outlets.
• Craft compelling narratives, press releases and thought‑leadership content aligned with client visions.
• Drive new‑business opportunities, from relationship building to proposal development and pitch presentations.
• Support investor relations, brand partnerships and business‑development initiatives where applicable.
• Represent Luna PR at industry events, networking with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure campaigns are data‑driven and deliver measurable results aligned with client KPIs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, marketing and content teams to maintain campaign consistency.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of PR or communications experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven experience in the tech, fintech or Web3 sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong media‑relations network with ability to secure coverage in top outlets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple client portfolios.
