Public Relations Account Manager

About the role

Relevance International is seeking a full‑time Public Relations Account Manager to join its Dubai office. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on building media relationships and delivering strategic PR campaigns for clients in real estate, hospitality, luxury and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key local and regional media outlets.
• Develop, manage and continuously update media lists using Cision or an equivalent platform.
• Distribute press releases, conduct follow‑up, and pitch stories via phone and email.
• Monitor Tier 1 media, clip coverage, and deliver regular placement reports.
• Participate in internal and client account meetings, draft agendas, minutes and share them within 24 hours.
• Coordinate internal meetings, conduct research as needed, and maintain internal asset libraries.
• Support junior staff with guidance, edits and question handling.
• Proactively suggest ideas, next steps and keep accounts moving forward.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of, and willingness to deepen expertise in, real estate, hospitality, luxury and travel sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Team‑player attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.
