About the role
The Public Relations Executive will join a dynamic team responsible for delivering on‑brand communications for a hotel property in Dubai Marina. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will support media relations, digital outreach and internal communications to enhance the hotel’s image and visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare press releases, media kits and other PR materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and coverage trackers.
- Coordinate media activities, press events and interview schedules.
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Work closely with communications, e‑commerce and marketing teams to align local PR efforts with broader sales initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, email handling, and scheduling content.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
