Purchase Coordinator – Car Showroom

About the role

Alba Cars, a leading used‑car showroom in the UAE, is seeking a confident and highly organised Purchase Coordinator. You will be the main point of contact for vehicle owners selling their cars, guiding them through documentation, coordinating with banks and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the showroom and provide a professional, friendly experience throughout the selling process.
• Explain required documentation, collect Power of Attorney, bank clearances and vehicle transfer papers.
• Coordinate with customers, banks and internal departments to progress each purchase case.
• Proactively follow up on pending approvals and documents to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate purchase records in the CRM system and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, finance, operations and customer service teams.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident, professional and comfortable communicating with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive customer‑service mindset with a strong follow‑up approach.
• Experience in automotive, banking, administration or customer service is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary AED 5,000–7,000 per month, based on experience.
• Work visa sponsorship and medical insurance as per UAE labour law.
• 30 days paid annual leave.
