About the role
We are seeking a motivated Purchase Engineer to join GORICA Group’s procurement team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the sourcing of materials, managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities in line with company requirements.
- Source materials, negotiate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet procurement needs efficiently.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or Engineering degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE purchasing/procurement experience (mandatory).
- Experience in Heavy Metal Fabrication or Oil & Gas industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
