Purchase Executive – Procurement Specialist

About the role

Skysunton is seeking a proactive Purchase Executive to lead the procurement process in its Dubai operations. You will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to support business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Source materials and services, request and compare quotations.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and coordinate purchasing requirements with internal teams.
• Accurately keep purchasing records, documentation, and reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred).
• Ability to assess supplier reliability and negotiate effectively.
• Experience with quotation comparison and supplier negotiation.
• Knowledge of purchase order processes and documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor deliveries and ensure timely material availability.
