Purchasing Officer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

CorePac Packaging Material LLC is seeking a proactive Purchasing Officer to manage the procurement of raw materials and services for its food‑packaging operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, internal teams and logistics to ensure timely and cost‑effective supply.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for packaging materials and related services.
• Negotiate prices, terms and contracts to achieve best value.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and update the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production, quality and finance departments to align purchasing plans with demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE.
• Demonstrated experience in the food‑packaging industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Available to join immediately.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and supplier‑management abilities.
• Effective purchasing and contract‑management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
