QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and control activities on large-scale construction projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role covers civil, electrical and MEP disciplines and requires hands-on site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
