QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers specialized in Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure all works comply with project quality standards and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Inspection & testing techniques.
• Material approval review.
• ITP monitoring and updating.
• NCR management and corrective action implementation.
• QA/QC documentation preparation.
• Coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
