QA/QC Engineer – DEWA Approved (Substation Projects)

About the role
Careers International is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to work on DEWA substation projects in the UAE. The position is full time and requires DEWA Substation Approval; the stated salary is AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor QA/QC activities for substation projects.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate the required inspections.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
- Coordinate with consultants, project teams and DEWA representatives.
- Identify quality issues and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Required profile
- Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in substation or construction projects.
- DEWA Substation Approval is mandatory.
- UAE project experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and project specifications.
