QA/QC Engineer for High-End Villa Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to support high‑end villa and residential projects in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for villa construction works.
• Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Prepare and manage Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and maintain quality records.
• Identify non‑conforming work, raise Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate quality requirements with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Support project handover and close‑out activities with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in building construction, preferably luxury residential or villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants and construction teams.
