QA/QC Engineer Team Leader – Real Estate

About the role

The QA Team Lead oversees quality assurance activities across multiple real‑estate projects, ensuring that construction and handover standards are consistently met. Acting as the central communication hub, the role coordinates inspections, audits and issue resolution for the assigned geographic area.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the QA team, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Supervise on‑site inspections, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to SLA timeframes.
• Identify challenges in the quality management process and report them to senior management.
• Develop Lessons Learned reports based on inspection findings.
• Plan and allocate resources to guarantee adequately staffed and equipped inspections.
• Attend weekly project meetings to discuss quality issues, delays and performance updates.
• Coordinate hiring and management of third‑party specialists for specialized inspections.
• Conduct internal audits twice per project cycle to verify compliance with standards, processes and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC, inspection or property handover experience in the UAE residential sector.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously and distribute workload effectively.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
