QA/QC Lead for Data Centre Services

About the role

Eaton is seeking a QA/QC Lead to own quality on complex data centre projects across the Middle East. The role involves ensuring safe, consistent delivery of installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project quality plans, inspection and test plans, procedures, checklists and acceptance criteria.
• Review specifications, contracts, drawings and technical requirements to define appropriate quality checks.
• Monitor mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installations and verify material traceability and certification.
• Plan and supervise FAT, SAT, inspections and testing, ensuring results meet acceptance criteria.
• Lead non‑conformance management, root‑cause investigations and corrective actions through to closure.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent technical qualification in engineering, quality management, construction or related discipline (preferred).
• Relevant quality certification, internal‑auditor training, ISO 9001 awareness or inspection qualifications (advantageous).
• Substantial practical experience in installation and commissioning environments.

Required skills

• Proven QA/QC background in installation, construction, commissioning or engineering projects.
• Experience creating and managing quality plans, ITPs, procedures and handover documentation.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical service environments.
• Ability to coordinate inspections, audits, FAT, SAT, functional testing and non‑conformance management.
