QC Engineer – Manufacturing Quality Control

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will join an established industrial manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi, delivering engineered fastening solutions across the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring product compliance and supporting regulatory processes for the company’s gasket and sealing product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Process applications and renewals through Abu Dhabi government portals (TAMM, ICP, MOHRE).
• Manage staff visas, work permits and company licence renewals, maintaining legal compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with government officials and handle all related paperwork.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files and visa trackers, providing regular status and cost reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in gasket or sealing product manufacturing, preferably within oil & gas.
• Hands‑on knowledge of spiral wound, RTJ, Kammprofile or similar industrial sealing products.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, material traceability and relevant ASME/ASTM/API/ISO standards.
