Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to join our client in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring every construction and fit‑out project complies with strict brand guidelines, quality standards, and specifications while protecting the brand’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive QA systems, processes, and checklists tailored to construction and fit‑out projects.
• Ensure each project adheres to brand guidelines, approved design specifications, material standards, and finish requirements from concept through handover.
• Monitor cost‑saving and value‑engineering measures to guarantee they do not compromise quality, workmanship, durability, or brand promise.
• Conduct systematic site inspections, quality audits, and progressive checks at key stages to identify defects early and prevent rework.
• Review and approve materials, mock‑ups, samples, workmanship, and finishes against approved benchmarks before installation or sign‑off.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal design/operations teams to uphold quality without delaying delivery.
• Represent the company in quality‑related meetings with clients, consultants, authorities, and at project progress reviews.
• Issue quality reports, lead root‑cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate, auditable quality documentation, photographic records, and digital archives for all projects.
• Lead quality inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to embed a culture of quality and brand compliance.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering QA/QC on complex or high‑specification residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail fit‑out projects.
• Deep expertise in construction and fit‑out quality management.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to enforce uncompromising standards across all project phases.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
