Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer – Global Data Center

About the role

Eaton is seeking a senior Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer for its Global Data Center Segment. Based in the new sustainable campus in Dubai, you will lead the definition, execution and continuous improvement of QA and testing mechanisms across post‑order execution, ensuring products and services meet the highest quality standards before reaching customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain QA and testing frameworks aligned with product design requirements.
• Translate design specifications into measurable test cases and validation procedures.
• Collaborate with the Quality Specialist – Process and the Quality Manager to verify that processes are correctly implemented across regions.
• Develop and monitor metrics dashboards and insights to drive proactive quality assurance.
• Implement risk‑based quality controls to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in quality assurance, testing or related engineering roles.
• Proven ability to work as an individual contributor in a globally scoped, senior‑level position.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with cross‑functional teams across multiple regions.
