Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist will ensure consistent, high‑quality roof repairs and product applications across WTI projects in the UAE. You will provide technical training, conduct inspections, and support field teams to guarantee proper use of Tremco products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and application training for roof coatings in both field and shop settings.
• Attend pre‑construction meetings and start‑up briefings on large projects.
• Perform scheduled site visits, interim inspections, and final inspections to achieve zero‑punch‑list outcomes.
• Conduct product testing, peel tests, and provide product recommendations.
• Generate written inspection reports with photo documentation and safety audit findings.
• Complete daily DTA, safety, truck, and QC inspection reports; submit weekly/monthly activity summaries.
• Travel within the assigned territory and nationally as required, submitting expense reports promptly.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with technicians, supervisors and corporate staff.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently on site.
• Experience in roofing, coating applications, or related construction quality control.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide corrective guidance.
