Quality Engineer - Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for shaping the testing strategy across multiple products, ensuring high‑quality releases through robust automation and AI‑enhanced testing practices.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test architecture, automation standards, and quality engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, backend, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release velocity and improve quality outcomes.
• Implement API, contract, integration, and micro‑services testing approaches.
• Apply event‑driven knowledge (Solace/Kafka) to support real‑time testing scenarios.
• Evaluate, adopt, and integrate AI/GenAI tools for testing acceleration and operational efficiency.
• Validate AI/ML systems, including model performance, prompt testing, bias detection, drift monitoring, and output quality.

Required profile

• Strong background in software quality engineering and test automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI testing concepts and observability tools.

• Test automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured.
• Programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SpringBoot.
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
• Cloud & containers: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Event‑driven technologies: Solace, Kafka.
