Quality Manager II – ADNOC Projects

About the role
Worley is seeking a Quality Manager II to lead QA/QC activities for ADNOC growth projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will ensure full compliance with contractual, ADNOC, and international quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, approve, and enforce the Project‑specific Quality Management System, manuals and procedures.
- Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs, and contractual requirements for all service providers.
- Manage change implementation through the Project MOC process.
- Lead compliance and risk registers, and produce timely quality reports.
- Compile lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing QA/QC on large‑scale oil & gas or energy projects.
- Strong understanding of ADNOC quality policies, international standards and PTS procedures.
- Ability to coordinate with licensors, FEED, EPC contractors and suppliers.
