Quantity Surveyor – Construction & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on cost management for construction and interior fit‑out projects, ensuring accurate estimates and effective budget control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise quantity take‑offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents to validate quantities.
• Develop quotations, variations and compare subcontractor offers.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures and prepare interim payment applications.
• Assist in contract administration and manage commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in interior fit‑out or construction projects (minimum 2 years).
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
