About the role

Rocks & Logs Stone Works LLC is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Dubai. The role covers the full spectrum of pre‑contract and post‑contract activities, ensuring cost control and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑contract and post‑contract commercial activities for construction projects.
• Prepare interim payment applications, valuations and commercial reports.
• Handle contract variations, claims and final account settlements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and overall commercial performance.
• Support commercial and contract management across all project phases.

Required profile

• Strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management.
• Experience with interim payment applications, valuations, variations and claims.
• Good knowledge of cost control and contract administration.
• Preferably experienced in natural stone, façade, cladding, fit‑out or similar sectors.
