Quantity Surveyor

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team on high‑profile projects across the UAE. The role focuses on post‑contract commercial administration, including re‑measurement, payment assessments and cost reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Post‑contract commercial contract administration and re‑measurement.
• Interim and final account payment application assessments.
• Preparation of monthly cost reports and management of variations.
• Handling contractor claims, provisional sums, prime costs and nominated sub‑contractors.
• Insurances and bonds management.
• Attendance at design and commercial meetings.

Required profile

• Previous experience with FIDIC contracts (preferred).
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high‑rise office or residential sectors.
• At least 4 years in a consultant or client role.
• Proficiency with QS software Cost X or similar.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven technical writing skills in English.
