Rail System Integration Manager

About the role

RINA is seeking a Rail System Integration Manager to lead the technical execution of complex rail projects within its Project Engineering Division in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic oversight, multidisciplinary coordination, and hands‑on problem solving to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical feasibility studies during the proposal phase, identify requirements and assess risks.
• Oversee the full technical implementation, monitor progress against milestones and resolve complex engineering issues.
• Allocate tasks, mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project synergy.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures, ensuring deliverables meet technical specifications.
• Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols and manage escalation of safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, prepare high‑level reports and present findings to clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior engineering experience in rail or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage technical resources.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality and safety.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
