Real Estate Admin Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Admin Coordinator to support our property portfolio in Dubai. The role involves managing listings, handling documentation, and coordinating transactions to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for sales transactions and tenancy agreements, including Forms A, B & F.
• Coordinate transaction processes between buyers, sellers, agents, legal teams and other stakeholders.
• Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date client and property information.
• Generate regular reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of real‑estate administration experience in the UAE.
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems for real‑estate operations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
