Real Estate Administrator – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our family office in Dubai. The role will oversee day‑to‑day administration, property management and facility management for a diverse real‑estate portfolio, acting as the central point of contact for services, payments and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑register and centralise all accounts and accesses under a single set of logins and email address.
• Monitor and control payment of service charges, DEWA and Empower utilities.
• Maintain and organise all documentation related to the company and its properties.
• Create and manage property listings, liaise with real‑estate agents and coordinate viewings.
• Issue viewing passes and manage access for property inspections.
• Liaise with tenants and agents throughout the leasing process, overseeing cash and cheque collections.
• Coordinate and order facility management services such as cleaning, maintenance and technical support for all units.
• Monitor service quality, respond promptly to maintenance issues and manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a real‑estate agency (mandatory).
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional experience in property management, facility management or real‑estate administration is a strong plus.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties.
