Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Empire Hills Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai office. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering a seamless and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present, market, and negotiate property sales and lease agreements.
• Conduct property assessments and prepare accurate listings.
• Manage end‑to‑end transaction processes, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes in the UAE.

Required profile

• Valid real estate license with in‑depth knowledge of the industry.
• Proven experience in real estate transactions and property management.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude, excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in the UAE real estate market is preferred.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
