Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Axd Media Technologies is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to work in a hybrid setting in Dubai. You will help international investors find residential and investment properties, guiding them through every stage of the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable residential and investment properties.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market trends.
• Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and prepare listings and marketing materials.
• Coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Support clients through documentation, due‑diligence coordination, and post‑closing follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies, market research, and portfolio recommendations.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License and practical experience in real‑estate transactions.
• Proven sales ability with a track record of converting leads and meeting targets.
• Excellent customer‑service skills, active listening, and clear communication.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate regulations and property principles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with strong self‑organization.
