Real Estate Agent – European Market Specialist

About the role

Ready to take your real estate career to new heights as a Property and Investment Consultant focusing on European clients in Dubai’s booming market. You will connect investors and end‑users with upcoming off‑plan projects, guide them through purchase processes and help maximise sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end‑users and developer sales teams.
• Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Conduct property presentations, attend project launches and represent the company at real‑estate events.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Motivated, results‑driven professional with proven sales experience in Dubai (luxury segment preferred).
• Ability to self‑generate business and strong investment mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑growing environment and pursue continuous development.
