Real Estate Agent

About the role

AMLAK ONE is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will work on‑site, interacting directly with buyers, sellers and tenants, and helping them navigate the local property market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and follow up leads on a daily basis.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on market conditions, pricing and legal requirements.
• List and market properties, prepare contracts and related documentation.
• Guide clients through each stage of the transaction, from negotiation to closing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Solid understanding of real‑property regulations and practices.
• Proven sales experience in real‑estate transactions, including leasing and sales.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Local market awareness, basic financial and contract comprehension.
• UAE driving licence and flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
