About the role

Baytify Real Estate is seeking motivated, self‑starting real estate agents to join its sales and leasing team in Dubai, focusing on the secondary market. This commission‑only position offers uncapped earning potential, directly reflecting your effort and results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for property sales and leasing in Dubai’s secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate, and close deals for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Build and maintain a network of clients, investors and referral sources.
• Advise clients on market pricing, trends and the buying/renting process in Dubai.
• Manage the full transaction process from initial enquiry through to close.
• Represent the Baytify brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales, lettings, estate agency, or a target‑driven, client‑facing role.
• Already based in Dubai and available to start immediately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to thrive in a commission‑only structure.
• Comfortable working towards targets with a strong work ethic.
• Full, valid UAE driving licence preferred.
