Real Estate Broker – Secondary Sales (Dubai)

About the role

Eva Real Estate LLC is expanding its secondary sales teams in Dubai after a recent merger. As a Real Estate Broker you will join an active pipeline, focusing on high‑value secondary market transactions and converting warm international buyer leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and close secondary real‑estate sales in Dubai Hills and surrounding areas.
• Leverage admin and listing support to maximise call time and deal closures.
• Work with a data‑driven pipeline backed by one of the largest market datasets.
• Collaborate with sales managers and directors for weekly mentorship and strategy.
• Coordinate with international buyer projects in Europe and Southeast Asia.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Dubai secondary‑sales market (minimum 10 years).
• Currently residing in Dubai and able to work full‑time on‑site.
• Comfortable serving a multicultural client base speaking 30+ languages.

Required skills

• Extensive experience in secondary real‑estate sales.
