Real Estate Listing Acquisition Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Riva Maison is seeking a Remote Real Estate Listing Acquisition Administrator to generate fresh, high‑quality property listings for its Dubai agents. The role is full‑time (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM UAE time) and focuses on outbound calling and landlord engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to landlords and property owners each day.
• Build relationships with owners in target communities and identify those ready to rent or sell.
• Explain the benefits of listing with Riva Maison and secure permission to advertise.
• Collect required property and landlord information and obtain necessary documents to activate listings.
• Follow up consistently with landlords until the listing is secured.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow‑ups.
• Expand fresh inventory in new Dubai areas as the company grows.
• Collaborate closely with agents to ensure a strong, up‑to‑date stock of properties.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Dubai real‑estate brokerage, preferably in admin, listing, property coordination, or landlord‑facing roles.
• Solid understanding of the Dubai rental and secondary sales market.
• Proven ability to approach and speak confidently with property owners.
• Experience turning initial landlord conversations into live listings.
• Familiarity with listing documentation, required owner information, and property portals.
• Strong persistence in follow‑up while maintaining relationships.
