About the role

H&S Real Estate, a leading Dubai‑based real estate and investment firm, is seeking a professional and energetic Real Estate Recruiter to join its HR team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring high‑performing real estate agents to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified real estate agents through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with management.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet monthly hiring KPIs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in the Dubai property market.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai (mandatory).
• Fluent English; additional Chinese or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market and an established network of agents.
