About the role

Credence Realtor is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on selling premium residential and investment properties across the UAE, working on a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential buyers and investors through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings, present market data and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and review sales contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain and grow a client portfolio, providing after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Open to any gender and nationality.
• Willingness to cover initial visa, flight and accommodation costs, with reimbursement after the first transaction.
