Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

CrownX.E.L Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will be responsible for guiding high‑net‑worth clients through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while providing strategic investment advice.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify and manage sales leads.
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities.
• Prepare tailored proposals and support strategic acquisitions and divestments in off‑plan and secondary markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai real‑estate regulations, market trends and project developments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout each transaction.
• Respond to client inquiries, deliver high‑standard customer service and collaborate with internal advisory teams.
• Contribute to sales strategies, performance reporting and market analysis.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate and property regulations in the UAE.
• Understanding of valuation principles and investment fundamentals.
• Proven sales experience with negotiation, deal structuring and closing complex transactions.
• Minimum of one month of relevant experience.
