Real Estate Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role involves handling client enquiries, maintaining lead records, scheduling meetings, managing property listings and assisting the Team Leader with daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries, collect requirements and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Team Leader.
• Maintain and update the client and lead database with accurate information.
• Support the Team Leader with daily administrative activities, appointment organisation and report preparation.
• Create, update and deactivate property advertisements on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
• Conduct market and developer research, gather project details and share updates with the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service or real‑estate (preferred).
• Strong communication and client‑handling abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, listings and administrative tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication and CRM systems.
