Real Estate Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our Dubai sales team. You will drive property sales, mentor agents, and build lasting client relationships while meeting aggressive targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales agents to exceed individual and company targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, developers and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor Dubai market trends, pricing, competitor activity and new project launches.
• Manage CRM pipelines, KPIs, forecasting and regular performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost lead generation and property promotion.
• Recruit, train and coach sales agents on market knowledge and negotiation techniques.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and client site visits.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD and UAE real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
