Real Estate Strategy Senior Associate

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure team within the Deals practice. The role focuses on delivering strategic advisory services for real‑estate developers, private‑equity funds, REITs and government institutions across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial models for mixed‑use real‑estate projects covering multiple asset classes and financing structures.
• Conduct development appraisals, feasibility studies and financial analysis to support client strategies.
• Design corporate strategies, business plans and investment roadmaps for clients.
• Engage with external investors, perform market studies and area program assessments.
• Leverage data insights to formulate recommendations and client solutions.
• Prepare written reports summarising analysis, findings and recommendations.
• Deliver complex projects while building trusted‑advisor capabilities.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training and team development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy or consulting, preferably within real‑estate, hospitality, leisure, private‑equity or investment environments.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
