About the role
Sky Valley Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to lead from the front, develop a high‑performing sales team and drive results across Dubai’s property market. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Business Bay.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the sales team, set targets and ensure results are achieved.
- Recruit, coach and develop agents to build a high‑performing team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate experience.
- Proven team‑leadership and management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Demonstrated sales and leadership track record.
- Target‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience monitoring CRM activity and sales performance.
