Real Estate Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident, organised and target‑driven Telesales Executive to generate and qualify leads for our Dubai real‑estate sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective investors, helping them understand our property portfolio and setting up appointments for our Sales Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and investment goals.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.
• Conduct timely and consistent follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly appointment targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai projects, pricing and payment plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real‑estate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or telesales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organised with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and leads.
