Real Estate Telesales & Sales Support Executive

About the role

Sahak Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Telesales & Sales Support Executive to join its Dubai team. The role involves handling client communications, supporting the sales team, and helping match property opportunities with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and prospects through approved company channels.
• Support the sales team with lead coordination, follow‑ups, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain and update client records accurately in the company CRM.
• Identify client requirements and match them with suitable property opportunities.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure timely follow‑up on active inquiries.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Prepare daily activity reports and update management on progress.
• Assist in improving client engagement and conversion.
• Adhere to company guidelines and UAE real‑estate communication standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate telesales, sales support, lead coordination, telemarketing or property brokerage (preferred).
• Knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market (advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Persian or Chinese are a plus.
• Confident, polite and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong follow‑up skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude, discipline, resilience and willingness to learn.
• Interest in building a long‑term career in Dubai real estate.
